Review the summary against the meeting's agreed purpose and significant decisions. Brevity should not remove qualifications that change what the team is authorised or expected to do.
Rehearse this before accepting the change
Include a conditional fictional decision and check whether the condition survives summarisation.
Use fictional examples and an authorised test environment. Record what happened, the evidence you inspected and any issue that still needs a responsible owner.
Choose a useful measure
Track material omissions found in review.
Agree the definition and baseline with the team doing the work. Review the result over a comparable period and note other changes that could affect it.
