Kay & Co. is committed to making this website accessible, in line with our duties under the Equality Act 2010. We aim to meet the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as far as is reasonably possible.
What we do
We have built the site with accessibility in mind, including:
- Clear, structured headings and meaningful page titles so content is easy to navigate.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Keyboard navigation for menus, links and the contact form.
- Colour and contrast chosen for readability, with a clean, uncluttered layout.
- A responsive design that adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, and supports zoom.
- Respect for the "reduced motion" setting, so animations are minimised if you prefer.
Where we may fall short
Accessibility is ongoing, and some areas may not yet fully meet AA, for example, certain older content or any documents we link to. We are working to improve these over time. If something is hard to use, please tell us; your feedback helps us prioritise.
Getting help or reporting a problem
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or you need information in a different format, email us at [email protected] or use our contact page. Please describe the problem and the page it relates to, and we will do our best to help and to put it right.
Changes to this statement
We will update this statement as we make improvements or as standards change, and we will revise the "last updated" date above.
