What to change
Map the scope of the rollback before relying on it. Deployment history may restore a package while leaving environment settings, external services or account changes untouched. Ask the supplier to list those dependencies and decide which need a separate reversal. Rehearse a harmless configuration mismatch in a safe environment, then test the full public behaviour. The acceptance evidence should show compatibility across the restored pieces, not merely that older files are visible.
