Healthcare SEO agency support for your practice

Your practice may know its website needs attention but have little time to organise the writing, website changes and follow-up. Kay & Co. brings those tasks into an agreed SEO project. We establish what we will deliver, what your team needs to approve and where an existing web supplier needs to be involved.

From a priority to a published change

A clearer service page needs more than a draft.

Someone must confirm the facts, make the website changes and check the route to reception. Our scope makes those responsibilities visible before work starts.

Delivery support

Keep the work moving without losing control

SEO means improving how your website is found through unpaid search. The practical work often involves three different responsibilities; we agree how they fit together.

Kay & Co.

The agreed search review, proposed page changes and website work. You can see which tasks we will implement and which depend on another supplier.

Your practice

A contact who can confirm services, locations, fees where available and booking arrangements, and arrange the right review of clinical statements.

Your existing suppliers

The changes or access they need to provide. An SEO recommendation should not become an unexpected job for your developer after the scope is agreed.

Follow one service page from brief to handover

Start with a service you can provide and an enquiry you want the page to support. For example, the useful next step may be a consultation request, a care enquiry or a referral. We use that purpose to agree what the page needs to explain and which website problems need attention.

Agree the change and the people involved

The brief identifies the page, the problem, the proposed work and who will carry it out. If a form, booking service or website system belongs to another supplier, that dependency needs to be clear. See the SEO service deliverables for the work that can form the scope.

Review the information before it goes live

Your team receives proposed wording and the facts that need confirmation. Kay & Co. is doctor-led, but that does not replace the appropriate reviewer for a particular medical statement. Practical facts matter too: a clear page is still wrong if it gives outdated fees, availability or contact details.

Publish, check and record

For changes included in our delivery scope, agree the approved version, publication responsibility and completion checks. These may include the page on a phone, links to related services and the enquiry route. The handover should identify what changed, what was checked and any outstanding decisions.

Review what happened afterwards

A published page proves delivery, not an increase in suitable enquiries. Review the available search evidence alongside the enquiries your team can account for. The next decision may be another page improvement, a better contact route or a pause while the practice resolves an operational problem.

What we need from your practice

A named contact helps resolve factual questions and approvals. Before work starts, agree who can approve copy, who can arrange clinical review and who controls the website and relevant business accounts. You should retain ownership of those accounts.

If an approval or supplier dependency holds up a task, the delivery record should show what is waiting and who can resolve it. Agree changes to scope before treating them as additional work.

For a care-sector example of the type of work involved, the Welcare project describes website structure, content planning and links between pages. It documents project scope rather than measured traffic or enquiry gains.

Start with one delivery problem

In your message, include the public website address, the service and location you want to prioritise, what is currently difficult and whether you have an existing website supplier. You do not need an SEO specification to begin the conversation.

If enquiries already arrive but bookings are unclear, the free Enquiry & Booking Planner can help your team organise totals for enquiries, bookings and available appointments before discussing the project. It cannot identify the cause of a shortfall or predict what SEO will achieve.

Where discovery or an audit is needed, we agree its scope and any cost before starting. Keep patient information and passwords out of the general contact form.

Questions about this support

Agency support can suit a practice that needs several tasks delivered together, such as page writing, website fixes and reporting. If you already have people who can make the changes and mainly need priorities, consultancy may be the better fit.

We agree who implements each change before work starts. The proposal should distinguish work Kay & Co. will carry out from instructions or dependencies for your existing supplier, including any separate costs.

No. Doctor-led describes the business. For each project, we agree who writes, who confirms service facts and which statements need an appropriately qualified clinical reviewer. Publication approval remains a defined responsibility.

We discuss your priority service, website and current problem to establish the next step. Where discovery or an audit is needed, its scope and any cost are agreed before starting. An enquiry does not book a predefined audit package.
