A move preserves pages but loses downloadable files

What to change

Downloads often live outside the page-routing inventory, even though people save and share their addresses. Ask the migration supplier to include files referenced by public pages and known external materials. For each important file, confirm whether the organisation is retaining it, replacing it or deliberately withdrawing it. Test the direct file address and its expected content, rather than assuming the containing article's successful move covers it.
