What to change
A loop usually means two routing decisions undo each other, such as competing hostname or slash preferences. Ask the technical owner to capture the repeating sequence and identify the exact rules involved. Use a narrow test set containing the affected directory, a working sibling and both common address variants. Acceptance should prove that the loop is gone without broadening the change into unrelated site routes.
